Description
The X-10 MC10U Mini Controller has a hinged panel that reveals the code wheel to set the house code of the device. It has the standard A to P range. The controller itself has four on and off buttons for unit codes 1 to 4 and a slide switch that will convert these buttons to unit codes 5 to 8. There is also a rocker switch to issue bright and dim commands.
How it works
The MC10U Mini Controller is plugged into a standard 13A socket and the house code set. If it is to be used for direct appliance or lamp control, the house code should match the house code of the appliance or lamp modules that are being used. If it is triggering macro on another home automation controller, for example, the CM15Pro, an unused house code should be chosen.
