Summary
The DIY Kyoto Wattson Additional Sensor is used in conjunction with the Wattson Energy monitor if you have an older Economy 7 system, a three phase supply or want to monitor micro generation devices.

Description
The DIY Kyoto Wattson is supplied with one sensor, which will work with most standard domestic supplies. If you are going to use your Wattson to monitor a three phase (industrial) supply, you will need two additional sensors. If you have an older style Economy 7 meter which has three wires, or even two separate meters, you will need a single additional sensor. Modern Economy 7 meters with just a single wire do not need an additional sensor, you can tell Holmes, the software, that you have two tariffs.

How it works
The sensor is attached around the live cable that comes from your electricity meter, this will usually be in the meter cupboard.

Key Features
Allows you to monitor three phase power, older Economy 7 tarrifs or micro generation devices.

Technical Stuff
10Kw maximum per phase
